Bango Haunted Crib is a haunted house entertainment attraction, ran by a group of individuals dedicated to the art of scaring people. We are located at 207 W. 1st Street in Schaller, Iowa. Profits from our season go toward helping our local Schaller, Iowa community by helping to fund area organizations as well as families in need.

The 100% volunteer team has a long history in the haunted house attraction industry. Previously known as The Schaller Haunted House since its inception in 1987, our team decided to change the name to fit the long history of our community being known as the popcorn capital. Bango was a brand of popcorn bagged at the current location of Bango Haunted Crib.

We are known by many as the areas scariest haunted house attraction. This haunted house continues to grow by adding new attractions each year. We also continue to make many improvements to the interior and exterior of our haunted crib, so our visitors have a more enjoyable experience. Additionally, due to the many unexplainable experiences’ workers have had, our team contacted area paranormal groups and asked them to investigate the crib for any possible paranormal activities within. Their investigative efforts have provided us with many interesting results.
